Medical and clinical photography
Our trained medical photographer will take accurate and consistent photographs using specific protocols. We offer customizable solutions based on your needs for surgery or treating patients. Photographs may be in color or black & white for both print and digital.
Patient comfort is extremely important to us. We understand having photographs taken may be difficult for some of our patients so we do our best to make sure they are comfortable through every step of the process. This includes our dental and intra-oral photography, which is performed as gently as possible to minimize possible patient discomfort. Medical photographs can be used to improve patient care by providing a series of references over a period of time for reference during consultations and procedures. Our post-operative views remain consistent with the original pre-operative views. The serial photographs may be used as illustration in publications, websites, lectures and for teaching. If you perform tele-consultations our photographs are a useful reference during remote assessments. Using a medical photographer will help to increase efficiency in your practice. Should you ever need to use the photographs for litigation purposes our medical photographs will be acceptable and provide detailed accurate documentation of sound provenance. We place a strong value on confidentiality and abide by the BCA & IMI ethical rules of conduct. All of our shoots are by appointment only. This is beneficial to our clients in order to maximize privacy. We have two locations both of which provide a calm and discrete setting for our studio sessions. Our first location is on Manhattan's Upper West side and our second is in Westport, CT. |
